A Go meeting place is a place where people meet to play Go. It's a Go parlor or Go playing parlor.
碁会所 is a place where people gather to play Go, chat, and quietly judge each other's life choices based on their opening moves. There, you'll find both seasoned veterans and hopeful beginners sharing the same tables… and occasionally the same sighs of regret.
This is a jukugo word that uses the on'yomi readings of the kanji. You should be able to read this on your own.
Unlike many other 〜所 vocabulary, the しょ does NOT get rendaku'd with 碁会所, so just watch out for that!
