The reading is all on'yomi, and you know how to read 清. You didn't learn 涼's on'yomi (りょう) with the kanji though, so here's a mnemonic to help:
You want a refreshing and cool drink really badly. Why? You just had to row (りょう) across a huge lake. With the wind in your face. Imagine how refreshing a cool soda would be after rowing all day!
