In winter, your mouth longs for a kiss. You know, because your lips get cold and you want someone to warm them up. How do you think that whole mistletoe thing got started? Cold winter mouths, longing for a kiss. So just imagine the top part of this radical as some winter mistletoe (or holly leaves, since that's probably easier), and the bottom part as a kissy mouth.
